Prior to founding Change Agent Partners, Mariette co-founded Vidtel, a pioneering cloud-based video conferencing service with a successful exit. She is the founder of NIMBLE (NIMBLEmindset.org). She has over 15 years of experience as a management consultant, high-tech executive, corporate board member, angel investor, mentor, speaker and published author. She also teaches design thinking and entrepreneurship at the graduate, college and high school level. She holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
Bethel Yalew Endawoke
Program Manager
Bethel has served as the Director of Engagement for Future Africa, an organization founded to redesign political, economic and social development on the continent. She is co-founder of Fura Girls Empowerment Project, working with female students in Ethiopia. Before coming to the U.S., she attended African Leadership Academy, studying Entrepreneurial Leadership and Design Thinking. Bethel holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
